In order to continue to drive networking on the shop floor in the assembly area, our Pick by Light SETAGO has been taken to a new level and acts as a hub in production.
The SETAGO app is available free of charge and enables easy and hurdle-free entry into the world of work instructions. These instructions are created quickly and easily in the editor for assembly or documentation. In addition, they are available at any time and on all end devices (tablet, smartphone).
Via QR code or link, entire assembly instructions can be distributed and accessed regardless of location. Support and remote maintenance are covered as well as installation instructions.
With the help of cloud-based worker guidance, universal robots, mobile industrial robots and general control on the shop floor are connected. Higher-level systems (ERP, MES) are integrated on a customer-specific basis, thereby enabling communication throughout the entire plant.
Nothing stands in the way of the complete equipment of the shop floor in terms of software and hardware.
